The American Society for Peripheral Nerve and Plastic Surgery Foundation recognize the importance of fostering the development of surgeon scientists and innovative research in peripheral nerve. Both ASPN and PSF are committed to increasing the amount of funding dedicated to research studies in this area and are specifically interested in supporting new research groups, new collaborations, and new projects. To be eligible for funding consideration, investigators must be an MD, DO, PhD, PT or OT, hold a full-time clinical or research position in a U.S. or Canadian institution where the research will be conducted, and be an ASPN member in good standing or have a Co-PI on the project who is an ASPN member in good standing.
